Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) managed by a group of eminent personalities. The organization is registered under the Society Act 21, 1860 (Registration Number: 118/2006-07).

The primary aim of the society is to provide quality education to the younger generation from educationally and socially backward regions of Jharkhand. The organization firmly believes that the quality of education must be improved and strengthened, as education is the backbone of a nation. Many areas in Jharkhand are educationally disadvantaged, and the members of Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan are committed to the view that education is the key to addressing social challenges and eliminating societal evils.

Our Educational Institutions

At present, Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan manages two teacher training colleges and two schools:

Welcome to S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College

S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College, Rehla, Palamu is recognized by the Eastern Regional Committee (ERC), NCTE, Bhubaneswar vide letter no. ERC/7-6.8/NCTE/B.Ed./2013/16111 Dated 05.02.2013 and is managed by Rishikul Shaishanik Sansthan.

The college offers a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme at the secondary level. In the year 2025, S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College has been accredited with a 'B' Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). This recognition stands as a testament to the institution's commitment to quality teacher education.

The college is affiliated with Nilamber-Pitamber University, the torchbearer for higher education in Jharkhand. We believe in aligning ourselves with the dynamic changes of the modern world and aim to prepare the young generation to meet emerging global challenges.

Our mission is to promote equality of opportunity in a cross-cultural and diverse society. The institution strives to inculcate human values, nurture human resources, and serve the neglected communities of Jharkhand—thus fulfilling our national obligation toward the development of our motherland. Establishment of Sanatan Vidya Niketan, Rehala, Palamu, Jharkhand - Our first educational institution.

2006-07

Official Registration

Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan registered under the Society Act 21, 1860 (Registration Number: 118/2006-07).

2013

Major Expansion

Establishment of S.B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers' Training College, Rehala, Palamu and N.N. Ghosh Sanatan Teachers' Training College, Ranchi. Also established Sanatan Vidya Niketan, Ranchi.

2025

NAAC Accreditation

S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College achieved 'B' Grade accreditation from NAAC, marking a milestone in quality education.
