Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College, Rehala, Palamu, Jharkhand, I extend a warm and cordial welcome to all aspirants for professional education in their chosen field of Education. It is widely and firmly believed that the quality of teachers in educational institutions determines the future quality of education. The role of colleges of education in preparing high quality teachers is, therefore, imperative. The teachers for the 21st century should have the ability to ensure all round development of the students and create in them a value system, nationalistic and secular traditions and scientific temper. It is a demanding task and cannot be completed without high quality teacher educators. The professional development of teacher education is, therefore, the need of the hour.
