About Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan

Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) managed by a group of eminent personalities. The organization is registered under the Society Act 21, 1860 (Registration Number: 118/2006-07).

The primary aim of the society is to provide quality education to the younger generation from educationally and socially backward regions of Jharkhand. The organization firmly believes that the quality of education must be improved and strengthened, as education is the backbone of a nation. Many areas in Jharkhand are educationally disadvantaged, and the members of Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan are committed to the view that education is the key to addressing social challenges and eliminating societal evils.

Our Institutions

At present, Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan manages two teacher training colleges and two schools:

1. Sanatan Vidya Niketan, Rehala, Palamu, Jharkhand (Established in 2003)
2. S.B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers' Training College, Rehala, Palamu, Jharkhand (Established in 2013)
3. N.N. Ghosh Sanatan Teachers' Training College, Jamuary, Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand (Established in 2013)
4. Sanatan Vidya Niketan, Jamuary, Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand (Established in 2013)

Vision

1. To become an academy of excellence in teachers' training and professional education.
2. To inculcate a holistic and quality-oriented teacher education programme through modern and innovative techniques in the teaching-learning process among student trainees.
3. Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan, through S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers' Training College, strives to bridge the gap between the rich and the poor by providing quality education that will enable students to face the serious challenges of the modern world in the years to come.
4. To prepare the young generation to meet the challenges of the new world and to ensure equal distribution of opportunities in a cross-cultural and diverse society.
5. To inculcate human values and promote human resource development by nurturing and educating the neglected communities of Jharkhand, thereby fulfilling the national obligation towards the progress of the motherland.

Mission

To build the necessary institutional and physical infrastructure, appoint qualified instructors, and offer high-quality training programmes leading to accredited B.Ed. degrees in accordance with NCTE and Nilamber-Pitamber University, Palamu standards.

The college also aims to undertake training programmes in alternative education, environmental education, population education, educational administration and management. It strives to promote economic, social, and moral values for peace and prosperity through teacher training programmes, peer collaboration, and community engagement.
