S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College, Rehla, Palamu is recognized by the Eastern Regional Committee (ERC), NCTE, Bhubaneswar vide letter no. ERC/7-6.8/NCTE/B.Ed./2013/16111 Dated 05.02.2013 and is managed by Rishikul Shaikshanik Sansthan, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered under the Society Act 21, 1860 (Registration Number: 118/2006-07).

The college offers a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) programme at the secondary level and is recognized by the Eastern Regional Committee (ERC), NCTE, Bhubaneswar vide letter no. ERC/7-6.8/NCTE/B.Ed./2013/16111 Dated 05.02.2013.

In the year 2025, S. B. Pandey Sanatan Teachers Training College has been accredited with a 'B' Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). This recognition stands as a testament to the institution's commitment to quality teacher education.
